You are responsible for the holistic support of our employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle.
You promote and develop our leaders on a professional and personal level.
You act as a proactive sparring partner and advise managers on all personnel-related issues.
You are responsible for the HR budget and cost centers in the HR department at the German site.
You actively design and implement change processes and innovative talent management programs.
You are responsible for Compensation & Benefits, including smooth payroll processing.
You actively participate in cross-site topics and international HR projects.
You set targeted impulses within the framework of occupational health care for our team.
Salary clearly above the collective agreement based on qualification. Accommodation is organized if needed and costs are covered accordingly.

You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree, ideally with a clear focus on HR / Human Resources.
You have several years of sound professional and leadership experience in the HR sector.

You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for the international stage.
You are absolutely proficient in using MS Office applications.
You have a willingness to travel approx. 10% per month to be on site at the relevant key locations.
