Tasks.

First-Level Support:

You are the first point of contact for our users with hardware and software problems and solve them competently via phone, email, or remote access.

Troubleshooter:

You analyze error messages, document IT issues in our ticketing system, and ensure a swift restoration of work capability.

Hardware Expert:

You configure and install new workstations (laptops, PCs, mobile devices) and handle the software rollout.

Knowledge Broker:

You create simple guides for end-users and assist with training sessions related to our IT infrastructure.

You have completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT apprenticeship, technical college) or are a technically savvy career changer with solid practical experience.

Operating System Pro:

Handling Windows client systems and common Office 365 applications is part of your daily toolkit.

Network Fundamentals:

You understand the basics of networks (TCP/IP, WLAN, VPN) to accurately isolate connection problems.

Language Skills:

You have excellent German and English skills to explain technical matters in an understandable and appreciative manner.
