You lead the on-site assembly teams, assign tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow.
You monitor the precise execution of formwork according to plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
You are the direct contact person for project managers, foremen, and clients, and participate in site meetings.
You are responsible for compliance with all occupational safety regulations on your construction site.

You have completed vocational training in the construction sector (e.g., bricklayer, carpenter, formwork builder) and ideally further training as a foreman or master craftsman.
You bring solid practical experience in formwork construction (system formwork & special formwork) as well as initial leadership experience.
Reading formwork and reinforcement plans, as well as technical understanding, are second nature to you.
You are decisive, resilient, and possess a high degree of organizational skills and assertiveness.
